As a Tire and Battery Advisor, you will guide members to the right tires and batteries, schedule installations, and provide expert service that keeps customers on the road.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry and retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with tire and battery purchases.
• Monitor orders and appointments for installations.
• Keep the sales floor safe, organized, and properly merchandised.
• Provide expert recommendations on tire and battery products.
• Assist with payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Use handheld devices to plan sales and improve the service experience.
