Job summary

Sam's Club in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Tire & Battery Center team member to provide excellent member service and support tire and battery installations. You will maintain safety, stock displays, handle service requests, and guide members through product choices and warranties.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, 18+ years old, and prior retail or auto-service experience is preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license
• 18 years of age or older
• Auto service industry or Retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain Tire & Battery Center safety and standards, conduct safety checks, and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist members with tire and battery services, scheduling installations, and explaining warranties and service options.
• Provide expert member service, recommend appropriate products, and drive sales for TBC offerings.
• Triages service workflow, prioritizes appointments, and collaborates with technicians to meet service needs.
• Operate POS systems, handle purchases, payments, returns and exchanges while adhering to policy.
