Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas, and to deliver value to members at a Walmart Sam's Club location.

You will collaborate with teammates to meet member expectations and educate associates on tools and processes. The role emphasizes safe operations, knowledge of TPMS and tire/battery guidelines, and proficient use of handheld tech and POS systems to drive service quality.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Auto service industry or Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tire and battery sales and service, delivering to members.
• Educate associates on tools, tasks, resources and mentor new technicians.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions using POS systems.
• Maintain inventory, safety and compliance, and report safety hazards or product issues.
• Provide safe, courteous customer service and support upsell opportunities where appropriate.
