Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Auto service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures on the floor and in service bays.
• Assist members with tire and battery purchases, maintenance, and installation scheduling.
• Provide expert member service, explain warranties, and recommend best products and services.
• Prioritize service workflow and coordinate with Techs to meet delivery times and service needs.
• Operate POS systems, process payments, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy.
