Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Automotive or tire experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a busy shop.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and vehicle wear; identify maintenance needs.
• Advise customers on tire recommendations.
• Perform basic automotive services and safety inspections.
• Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory and shop organization.
