Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Explain warranties, advertising, and promotion of products and services.
• Schedule appointments, estimate time requirements, and manage checkout.
• Make recommendations based on manufacturer guidance and company training.
