Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring an Automotive Tire & Service Advisor in its auto service centers to deliver outstanding service, build guest relationships, and drive tire and service sales.

You will learn product features, warranties, and promotions while assisting guests from check-in to checkout in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Guest Service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling tires and services and communicating benefits.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Promote advertised products and services.
• Handle guest check-in, appointments, estimates, and checkout.
• Support promotions and events.
• Explain warranties and promotions to guests.
• Use tools to recommend products per guidelines.
• Assist Service Manager with guest vehicle info.
• Keep the work and guest areas clean and safe.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels.
