Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to count money and make change.
Knowledge of tray service and cocktail ingredients is preferred.
TiPS certification required or able to obtain.
Food Handlers Card required or able to obtain.
RBS certification required or able to obtain.
Ability to obtain a gaming license per regulations.
Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to guests and team members.
Resolve service problems according to guidelines.
Promote casino events and programs.
Provide fast, friendly beverage service; carry full trays.
Take drink orders and communicate with bartenders.
Handle money, operate cash register, and make deposits.
Maintain clean and stocked workstation and assist with cleanups.
Work as part of a team with servers, hosts, supervisors, and kitchen staff.
Declare tips through time and attendance system at end of shift.
Meet uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements; comply with safety and licensing regulations.
