You will greet guests, upsell items, relay orders accurately, and maintain high service standards while complying with safety and alcohol-service requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• May require an alcohol-service certification (e.g., TIPS/TEAM) per local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes.
• Provide recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine; answer questions about menu items and allergens.
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen and ensure correct sequence.
• Check items for quality and presentation; ensure attractive and consistent servings.
• Monitor guest needs, address requests or concerns professionally; stand/walk for extended periods.
