Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student at Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Austin, TX.
• Experience in food service or food preparation in a restaurant, commercial, or institutional setting.
• Ability to complete and maintain Food Safety Training required by UHD.

Responsibilities

• Serve high-quality food products and beverages according to culinary standards.
• Follow recipes and maintain accurate temperature logs for food safety.
• Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to students and staff, greeting customers professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas, kitchens, and related spaces.
• Adhere to UHD policies and safety guidelines.
