Job summary

The Post Oak in Biloxi, MS is seeking an enthusiastic server to provide friendly, attentive dining room service and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will take orders, suggest menu items, present food, and contribute to a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining spotless dining areas, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout shifts, while adhering to safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months' experience in dining room operations beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge guests in a friendly and timely manner while upholding high standards.
• Take orders, present food, and upsell items per standards.
• Assist with clearing tables and transporting dirty dishes to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and organization during and after shifts.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
