Job summary

The Post Oak is hiring a restaurant server in Biloxi to uphold the highest hospitality standards and ensure guests are welcomed warmly. You will deliver courteous, professional service, assist in dining room upkeep, and respond promptly to guest requests, while maintaining responsible gaming and alcohol service policies.

Applicants should have prior serving experience and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, presenting a polished, team-oriented presence in a casino dining

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are served to the Golden standard in the Restaurant.
• Display highest standards of hospitality and welcome.
• Deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service.
• Perform cleaning tasks and assist in maintaining dining room cleanliness.
• Observe guests and ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Deliver items, replenish utensils, and manage desserts and drinks.
• Maintain responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Notify senior management of any illegal acts or ethics concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
