Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them in a friendly manner.
• Take drink orders and follow policy regarding service of alcohol.
• Communicate specials or promotions and make recommendations.
• Answer questions regarding the menu, including allergies or special requests.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and complete orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, with good presentation.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Handle payments and present checks accurately and quickly.
• Collaborate with hosts and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
