Job summary

Marty Sanchez Links de Santa Fe is seeking a Server to deliver excellent hospitality and superior service in a golf course setting. You will greet guests, describe menu items, take and deliver orders, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout each shift.

The role includes cross-training in bartending, cash handling, and POS operation, with a tipped compensation structure. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and some related experience or training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them promptly.
• Describe daily specials and menu items; make recommendations.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow up with guests and restock items as needed.
• Maintain organized workstation and perform side work duties.
• Set up and break down golf stations each shift.
• Handle checks and cash; use the POS system.
• Follow standard service procedures for greeting and serving, with bartending cross-training.
