Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Santa Fe seeks a dynamic Bartender to join our service-focused team. You will set up the bar, prepare drinks to guest preferences, and ensure guests are engaged and satisfied throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with appropriate liquor, juices, and supplies.
• Maintain clean and sanitized bar, glasses and tools.
• Ensure guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepare drinks according to standards and guest preferences.
• Present the bill and process payments.
• Engage guests to ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor for overconsumption and take appropriate action.
• Lock up and secure all beverage items and equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
