Warped Wing in Dayton, OH is seeking a Tipped Kitchen Cook to join our culinary team in the Brewery Tap Room Concept. You will help maintain quality, cleanliness, and organization while earning top-tier hourly income with a strong tip pool.

Open shifts include evenings and weekends, with 4–6 hour blocks designed for high earnings. No full-service chaos—guests order at the counter and the menu focuses on burgers, smoked meats, wings, and bar fare.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable in a noisy, hot kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and meats per recipes.
• Cook and grill menu items to high standards of quality and presentation.
• Support grill, fryer, prep stations; maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform dishwashing duties and sanitize equipment.
• Receive deliveries, rotate stock, and assist with inventory.
• Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
• Follow food safety protocols and company policies.
