Job summary

Oak View Group in the United States is seeking a Premium Catering Attendant to serve guests in suites and catered events. The role requires a personable approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Compensation is $17.00–$19.00 per hour and is tip eligible. Part-time benefits include a 401(k) Savings Plan and matching. The position remains open until December 18, 2026, and candidates must be able to work events as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Possess a valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
• Ability to handle cash and perform POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of food service areas within suites and club areas based on pre-order.
• Ensure all assigned suites are set prior to event as per orders.
• Organize and prepare events in assigned locations.
• Assist in closing out event financials and ensure correct billing.
• Monitor and maintain food quality and sanitation standards.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures and maintain a positive atmosphere for staff and guests.
• Monitor and enforce alcohol service policies and age checks.
• Maintain inventory and ensure necessary serving ware is available.
