Job summary

Oak View Group in Savannah, GA is seeking a Premium Suite Runner to support Suite Attendants and Premium Services Manager, preparing and stocking suites, pantry, and assisting with preordered food and beverage items during events.

This part-time role pays $15.00-$17.00 per hour and is tip eligible; benefits include 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) Matching. This position will remain open through December 18, 2026, and requires adherence to sanitation, safety, and guest-service standards.

Responsibilities

• Setup of food service areas within suites or club areas based on pre-orders and day-of orders.
• Ensure all areas are set prior to events based on communicated orders.
• Read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders.
• Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality.
• Monitor and maintain inventory control and product requisition fulfillment.
• Full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments.
• Observe guests to respond to additional requests.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards.
• Ensure location equipment is operable and clean before events.
• Recognize intoxicated guests and cut off alcohol as needed.
