Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Suite Attendant for premium seating areas at the Stuart C. Siegel Center in Richmond, VA. You will prep suites before events, maintain presentation, and deliver a welcoming, professional guest experience.

The role pays $14.00–$18.00 per hour and is tip eligible. Benefits for part-time roles include a 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching, with scheduling to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food service, or guest-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced events and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare suites prior to events, stocking food, beverages, supplies, and service ware.
• Welcome suite guests and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the event.
• Monitor food and beverage levels and replenish products as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of suites, service areas, and equipment.
• Assist with the delivery and presentation of catering orders.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies.
• Complete post-event cleaning, inventory, and restocking duties.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, culinary staff, and fellow team members.
• Show commitment to providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a professional appearance.
