Oak View Group is seeking a Premium Suite Attendant to provide top-tier hospitality for suite holders at Cable Dahmer Arena. This part-time role covers pre-event setup, in-event service, and post-event cleanup, requiring professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in hospitality, catering, or event service environments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-event preparation: review event orders, set up food & beverage, stock ice & utensils, ensure suites are guest ready.
• Guest Hospitality: greet suite guests, review ordering processes, proactively address requests.
• Food & Beverage Service: serve food, maintain display cleanliness, replenish items on request.
• Alcohol Regulations: check IDs and responsibly serve alcoholic beverages.
• Suite Maintenance: keep the suite clean and organized during the event.
• Billing & Closing: present bills, clear equipment, reset for future functions.
