Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age to serve and/or sell alcohol beverages at the location of employment.
• Familiar with basic kitchen/cooking equipment.
• Background in restaurants or food service preferred.
• Food Handler certification within 30 days of employment.
• Alcohol Server certification required within 30 days of employment if serving alcohol.
• Minimum 16 years of age (certification requirements vary by café).
• Bilingual a plus.
• Five-star customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks or technology.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and varied environment where the customer is first.
• Committed and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Sell and prepare snacks and meals at VillaSport Café.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking and serving areas.
• Support multiple club areas as needed (front desk, spa reception, housekeeping, sports, facilities).
