Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking an Automatic Assembly, Set Up & Operate role responsible for setting up and operating the automotive timing chain assembly line, performing changeovers, and maintaining quality control.

The position requires 2-5 years of experience running machines, a safety mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills are desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience may be considered.
• 2-5 years of experience running multiple machines and performing preventative maintenance.
• Safety First mindset; focus on Quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use material handling devices such as hand trucks and hydraulic lift trucks.
• Basic Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate timing chain assembly line per work standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on chain assembly equipment.
• Maintain production schedules, quality control records, and traceability.
• Prepare test samples for quality control per work standards.
• Record production data and downtime using the machine-monitoring system.
• Report abnormal conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow safety regulations.
