Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Co-op timekeeping or payroll experience is an asset.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record call-ins and process time-off requests with accurate attendance.
• Balance timecards against gate logs for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify new hire documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Set up new hires in timekeeping systems and maintain records.
• Process payroll data and distribute weekly/daily reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll records and communicate with stakeholders.
