A timekeeper analyst supports and manages the time and attendance systems and processes for an organization, often using specialized software like ORACLE. Responsibilities typically include processing time sheets, correcting errors, running payroll reports, ensuring compliance with policies, and assisting with employee inquiries related to time and leave. This role requires analytical skills to analyze timekeeping data, identify patterns, and improve overall efficiency.


Responsibilities


  • System Administration: Manage and configure timekeeping and scheduling to ensure smooth operation.

  • Data Management: Process, verify, and maintain accurate employee time and attendance records.

  • Reporting: Prepare and generate various reports related to time usage, payroll, and accruals for management and compliance.

  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors on timesheets, often working with employees and managers.

  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure that timekeeping practices align with RCSO and legal policies.

  • Support: Provides assistance and training to employees and new hires on timekeeping system usage and procedures.
