Job summary

PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. in Katy, Texas is hiring a Timekeeper to ensure payroll accuracy and effective time tracking on construction projects. You will balance timecards, support new hire orientations, and manage payroll files while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma and strong communication, organization, and discretion. Flexibility to mobilize to the site and collaborate with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Some co-op experience in timekeeping or payroll is an asset.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Flexibility with schedule and ability to mobilize to the site as required.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
