• Deep knowledge of work measurement and time-and-motion studies.
• Experience in manufacturing environments; railway/automotive/aerospace preferred.
• Willingness to work across 1st and 2nd shifts to observe operations.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead time study execution and workflow observation.
• Conduct time-and-motion analyses across shifts for relevant processes.
• Document cycle times, bottlenecks, and non-value-added steps.
