You will collect data, analyze workflow efficiency, prepare executive-ready presentations, SOPs, and baseline guides, and collaborate closely with supervisors and management to minimize disruption.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time-and-motion analyses on shop-floor processes under the NJT contract.
• Observe 1st and 2nd shifts to gather accurate operational data.
• Identify cycle times, bottlenecks, and non-value-added steps.
• Record and validate data; evaluate workflow layout and resource use.
• Produce executive-ready reports with visuals; create SOPs and baseline guides.
• Present findings and recommendations to PME leadership and stakeholders.
