Job summary

SEGULA Technologies in the United States seeks a lean manufacturing specialist to measure and analyze manufacturing cycle times, collect performance data, and identify bottlenecks and losses. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput, labour productivity, quality, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Develop statistical analyses and dashboards to support decisions and drive capacity planning and line balancing.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean methods in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to analyze data to drive operational decisions.
• Familiarity with performance dashboards and metrics.
