Ascent Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Time Critical Specialist to join our NFO desk in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation. You will coordinate shipments from order entry through milestones, ensuring on-time delivery and superior customer service while liaising with vendors, internal teams, and leadership.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, rapid issue resolution, and proactive communication. A strong customer-service mindset and ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide professional service to customers and liaise with third party suppliers and internal teams.
Ensure shipment orders follow SOPs and are processed accurately and on time.
Escalate issues and delays per defined processes and communicate with leadership.
Maintain 10-minute update windows for tasks and orders and participate in regular department meetings.
