Qualifications

• Experience with air freight, NFO, or airline operations strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in expedited ground willing to learn air operations is acceptable.
• Able to manage time-sensitive shipments with high urgency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NFO shipments and time-critical air freight.
• Route shipments and book flights based on cutoff times.
• Calculate weight/dims and ensure compliance with airline requirements.
• Prepare MAWB/HAWB and related documentation.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and airline partners.
