Qualifications

• 5+ years of international operations freight forwarding experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general industry documentation/communication.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organization skills, and attention to detail.
• Must exhibit energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Knowledge of International Air & Ocean export and import business regulations.
• HazMat Certification: IATA, IMDG and 49CFR highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate the necessary documentation for efficient import activities.
• Act as primary contact for designated clients/agents within the Aerospace vertical.
• Provide operational support including quoting, routing, and executing freight shipments.
• Troubleshoot complex inquiries to resolution with world-class customer service skills.
• Complete audits to ensure timely and accurate filing.
• Provide outstanding service to clients, agents, vendors, and colleagues.
