This full-time, on-site position reports to the Time & Billing Manager and offers steady daytime hours Monday through Friday. Prior law firm billing experience is preferred and MS Office proficiency is essential.

Due to growth, Stevens & Lee is looking to add to the billing department. The Billing Specialist is responsible for managing the billing process for assigned attorneys and clients, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of invoices in accordance with client guidelines and firm policies. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and internal departments.
This is a full-time position Monday through Friday onsite, 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., or as determined by department needs.
