Rayonier Operating Company LLC is seeking a Real Estate Operations Coordinator to move land sales and acquisitions from opportunity through closing. You will work across Forestry, Land Information Services, Legal and Business Development to keep the pipeline moving with precision.

You will coordinate due diligence, assist in valuations, and liaise with brokers, surveyors, and landowners while ensuring compliance and timely closing documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Real Estate, Natural Resources or related discipline with relevant transaction experience.
• 3–5 years in real estate, forestry, land management or transaction-focused roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, due diligence, contracts and valuations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GIS applications; able to analyze spatial data.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage land sale and acquisition transactions from initiation to closing.
• Support due diligence, valuations, negotiations and post‑closing activities.
• Coordinate title reviews, surveys, appraisals and boundary inspections.
• Work with brokers, consultants, attorneys, landowners and internal teams.
• Assist in sourcing strategic land opportunities and preparing internal reviews.
