Job summary

Qualifications
- Education: bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Real Estate, Natural Resources, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Three to five years of experience in real estate, forestry, land management, acquisitions, dispositions or transaction roles.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, due diligence, appraisal concepts, and valuation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate land sale and acquisition transactions from initiation through closing.
- Assist with due diligence, valuations, negotiations and internal reviews.
- Support land sales processes and transaction workflows.
- Coordinate title reviews, surveys, and closing documentation.
- Collaborate with brokers, consultants, attorneys, landowners and internal teams.
- Apply timberland knowledge to transaction evaluations and field verification.
