Job summary

Rayonier is seeking a Contract Specialist to support the end-to-end contract lifecycle across purchasing, timber, non-timber revenue, and operations. You will work with internal partners, vendors, and customers to coordinate documentation, approvals, and system updates that keep agreements moving forward.

Responsibilities include contract preparation, routing for approvals, execution, and closeout, plus administration of timber and spend contracts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in accounting, contracts administration, procurement, or related office work.
• Precise data entry and strong document control experience.

Responsibilities

• Review contract requests for completeness and accuracy and route through approvals.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal partners to finalize agreements.
• Administer timber and purchasing contracts, including amendments and renewals.
• Maintain accurate contract records in procurement and contract-management systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and risk-control procedures.
• Support system data integrity and timely status updates.
