Qualifications

• Fiduciary responsibility and commitment to SRI/ESG principles.
• 2–4 years in investment analysis, portfolio management, or client advisory; real assets/timberland is a plus.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business, Forestry, Natural Resources or related field; graduate degree preferred; CFA/CAIA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio analytics, performance analysis, and reporting for assigned client portfolios.
• Analyze acquisition/disposition opportunities with robust financial modeling.
• Collaborate with operations, research, planning, and accounting teams to understand performance drivers.
• Review budgets and long-term plans to ensure consistency with portfolio objectives.
• Monitor timberland market dynamics and macro trends to inform strategy.
