Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in forestry or a related discipline.
• Graduate degree in forestry discipline or business desirable.
• Knowledgeable of silviculture, growth and yield models, and North American forestry operations.
• Excels in collaborative team environment and is a good team member.
• Timber investment and DCF modeling knowledge.
• Remsoft modeling software, DCF modeling frameworks, SQL, Esri GIS, and MS Excel knowledge.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-directed.
• Does quality work.
• Effective time management in a multi-task environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop CPMP modeling deliverables for timber properties and reach consensus approvals.
• Develop long term asset-level timber investment models with updated inputs and forecasts.
