Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Natural Resources, or related field.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models supporting timberland acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management activities.
• Analyze timberland asset performance, market trends, and investment data to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling to assess potential investment outcomes and risks.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly client reports, presentation materials, and investment analyses.
• Support portfolio and strategic solutions teams with data collection, reporting, and research projects.
• Participate in client meetings and discussions while documenting key takeaways and action items.
• Assist with responding to client inquiries through research and analysis.
• Collaborate with team members across investment management, portfolio strategy, and client service functions.
• Maintain financial and market data used in investment decision-making processes.
