Zusammenfassung

Manulife is seeking a timber investment analyst to develop and deliver timber investment models supporting asset management decisions for North American client assets. The role collaborates with stakeholders to prepare long-term plans, harvest scheduling, price forecasting, and regional product schedules.

The position requires expertise in silviculture, growth and yield models, and experience with Remsoft, SQL, GIS, and Excel, with strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in forestry or related discipline
• Knowledge of silviculture and DCF modeling
• Experience with Remsoft, SQL, GIS, and Excel
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Produce CPMP modeling deliverables with consensus assumptions
• Update long-term asset-level timber investment models annually
• Lead ad-hoc investment analyses with stakeholders
• Ensure quality control and effective issue resolution
