Job summary

Tiltwall Superintendent opportunity with Taylor Ryan Executive Search Partners in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX. Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up tiltwall projects 100,000–1,000,000+ SF, coordinating with subs and the Project Manager.

You bring 7+ years of commercial construction, including 3+ years on tiltwall, OSHA 30, and strong scheduling/PM software skills. This is a fast-paced role with a respected contractor and a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience including tiltwall projects
• Experience completing large-scale industrial/distribution projects from ground breaking through CO
• Proficiency with site safety practices and OSHA compliance
• Proficient scheduling and project management software (MS Project, P6, Procore or similar)

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up tiltwall projects (100,000–1,000,000+ SF)
• Manage the full building sequence: site work, slab-on-grade, panel erection, embeds, and shell closeout
• Coordinate crane moves with tilt subcontractors to maintain safety and schedule
• Build and maintain project schedules, run look-aheads, lead subcontractor coordination meetings
• Enforce site safety programs and OSHA compliance
• Oversee QA/QC, including pours, testing, inspections, and punch lists
• Collaborate with Project Manager on RFIs, submittals, COs, and owner/architect communication
• Hold subs accountable for quality, manpower, and schedule
