Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery, preferably in tiltwall construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure proper placement of tiltwall panels.
• Use rigging equipment to lift and position tiltwall panels and other materials.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate placement of panels.
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors for smooth operations.
