Job summary

ARCO Design/Build, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Project Manager in the Atlanta area to lead and coordinate major concrete projects. The ideal candidate has 2-7 years of experience in construction management, with Tilt-up or tilt-wall experience considered a major plus.

Qualifications

• BS or BA strongly preferred; Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 0-3+ years of construction management experience; Tilt Wall experience is a plus.
• Ability to effectively make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
• Demonstrate integrity and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Participate with and collaborate in the design and construction process with the ARCO Project team.
• Conduct job site meetings on site.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control and schedule.
• Conduct progress meetings with the construction team.
• Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project.
• Communicate effectively with everyone involved in the project.
