Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate in South San Francisco, CA. You will service walk-in customers, complete sales transactions, and handle material handling duties including receiving, loading/unloading, order picking, and inventory checks.

The role may involve daily use of forklift and/or crane equipment, with base pay between $18.08/hr and $22.60/hr. Additional compensation and benefits are available depending on position and performance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service and warehouse experience.
• Forklift and crane equipment experience preferred.
• Strong organization and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and complete sales transactions.
• Receive, load/unload material and perform stock replenishment.
• Process payments, reconcile cash, and prepare deposits.
• Prepare customer orders and inventory checks.
• Produce daily sales reports.
• Operate crane forklift equipment and maintain safety.
