Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. seeks a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to service walk-in customers, complete sales transactions, and handle material movement, including receiving, loading/unloading, and order picking.

The role may involve forklift/ crane operations and inventory checks. Primary duties include customer support, office administration, and warehouse tasks such as stocking, labeling, and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Forklift Experience

Responsibilities

• Waits on customers and processes sales transactions.
• Performs warehouse duties including pulling/assembling orders and inventory checks.
• Receives and unloads inbound material and facilitates stock replenishment.
• Maintains clean and organized facility and safe working environment.
• Produces daily sales reports and maintains customer master files.
