Dal-Tile, part of Mohawk Industries, is hiring a CSR Warehouse Associate in South San Francisco. You will service walk-in customers, process sales, and perform material handling, receiving, loading, and order assembly in a fast-paced Sales Service Center. The role requires a HS diploma and 1+ year of customer service and warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and safety skills.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and process sales transactions.
• Handle receiving, loading/unloading, and order assembly.
• Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Operate forklift/crane equipment when required.
