Job summary

Dal-Tile, a showroom design leader, is seeking a Showroom Design Consultant to guide interior design and product selections in our Houston showroom. You will advise on tile and stone choices, maintain showroom displays, and help drive sales through strong customer engagement.

Saturday availability is required; you will work with builders and designers, host showroom events, and coordinate with suppliers to stay current on product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in interior design, sales, and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and drawing/blueprint reading skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and customer management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide interior design advice and product expertise to guide tile and stone selection.
• Log visits and customer details, track preferences, and follow up to close sales.
• Prospect new business with builders and designers, and maintain showroom merchandising.
• Plan and host showroom events and maintain product displays; attend industry events.
