Job summary

Arizona Tile is seeking a Customer Service Rep to process customer orders, provide sales support, and deliver outstanding service to our customers ensuring the absolute best customer experience.

You will use the company’s order processing system, assist customers in person or by phone, and communicate clearly to maintain high service standards. The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in retail sales, with forklift certification a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of prior experience in retail sales within a professional environment and front facing customer interaction; product training provided.
• Experience with stone, granite, or slabs is a plus.
• Forklift certification ability or certification willingness as needed per location.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders using the company’s order processing system, timely and accurately.
• Provide ongoing sales support to customers in person, by phone, or other means to ensure excellent communication and customer experience.
• Evaluate and process transfer or restock requests, including exceptions or credit requests, following proper procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and branches to ensure consistent communication and knowledge flow.
• Stay up to date on product availability, back orders, and stock levels to communicate effectively with customers.
