Job summary

Arizona Tile is seeking a Customer Service Rep to process customer orders, provide sales support, and deliver outstanding service to our customers, ensuring the best experience. This role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in retail sales with front-facing customer interaction.

You will enter orders, assist customers in person or by phone, and collaborate with teams to keep stock status accurate. Overtime and Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in retail sales with front-facing customer interaction.
• Experience with stone, granite, or slabs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders using the companys computerized order processing system, timely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Provide ongoing sales support to customers in person, by phone, or other means to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Process and evaluate special transfer or restock requests, including exceptions or credit requests, with manager guidance.
• Collaborate with other team members, departments, or branches to ensure consistent communication.
• Stay updated on new, discontinued, back orders, and stock issues to inform customers appropriately.
