Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Sorter to join our team and perform inspection and sorting of finished tile. The role focuses on ensuring tile quality, identifying shade and defect variances, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in a high‑volume manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in manufacturing or production, with strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to follow standard

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and sorts finished tile.
• Inspect tile for shade and visual defects.
• Discards defective tile into trash hoppers.
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Follows standard operating procedures.
• Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
