Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. in Muskogee, OK is seeking a dedicated Sorter to join our manufacturing team. You will inspect and sort finished tile by shade and defects, discard defective pieces, and support a safe, efficient production workflow.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing experience is a plus. You’ll follow SOPs, maintain accurate records, and communicate issues to supervision in a clear, timely manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and speak basic English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and sort finished tile by shade and defects.
• Discard defective tile into trash hoppers.
• Monitor equipment and report problems to supervisor.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Keep work area safe, clean and organized.
• Perform other related duties as required.
